Theta Lake has bolstered its partnership with communications firm RingCentral to include global service provider and cross-industry vertical security and compliance features.
RingCentral is a provider of global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration and contact center solutions. RingCentral and Theta Lake originally teamed up last year to provide RingCentral customers with three months of free access to Theta’s Compliance and Supervision Suite.
Through the extended partnership, new integration modules will include Theta Lake for RingCentral Video. This will involve free SOC2 Type 2, 17a-4 Compliant Archive, automated risk prioritisation and detection and time-saving workflow and reports. The second integration module will include Theta Lake for RingCentral App – which will involve archiving, an archive connector, supervision for RingCentral messaging, SMS, faxes, voice and video.
In addition, Theta’s said that its Security and Compliance Suite will enable RingCentral users to fully deploy all features and functionality of RC Office while making sure that conduct oversight and compliance requirements are met.
Both Theta and RingCentral now have joint customers in multiple markets across industry verticals including healthcare, education, financial services and government. The former claims the demand has ‘never been stronger’ for hybrid work solutions, and this partnership addresses the needs and requirements for safe, secure and compliant collaboration.
