Sales Enablement Specialist

The Position

As a Sales Enablement Specialist for Theta Lake, you will be pivotal in driving sales team performance by delivering engaging training programs, curating high-impact content, and equipping our sales force with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of enablement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to onboard new sales representatives and upskill the existing sales team.
  • Curate, organize and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, decks, and one-pagers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales have the most up-to-date product and industry content.
  • Partner with product teams to create training on new features and ensure sales teams understand the value propositions.
  • Manage enablement platforms and tools, ensuring easy access to resources and tracking utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and align enablement strategies with business goals.
  • Manage enablement calendar, coordinating & scheduling with the GTM team and subject matter experts.

 Compensation

$100,000/year to $120,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location and market conditions. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include commission, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. We’re most excited if you also have some of these skills (or are ready to learn):

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience with technology solutions for unified communications (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams) and compliance-related technologies (e.g., call recording, archiving, risk management).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for empowering sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts.
  • Experience with LMS tools (e.g., Workramp, Highspot, Seismic) and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
  • A desire to thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where adaptability and wearing multiple hats is essential.
