Senior (Director+) Product Manager – Compliance and Security Posture Management Solutions

The Position

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior (Director+) Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Posture Management product capabilities. This role is critical in defining and delivering advanced solutions that help regulated users monitor and manage configurations for SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience developing SSPM products or features, a deep understanding of where settings exist and how they are monitored – including Microsoft, UCaaS platforms, and cloud storage/file sharing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision
  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for posture monitoring and management features in the Theta Lake product
  • Ensure alignment with market needs, regulatory trends, and organizational goals
• Write and prioritize requirements
  • Create requirements for features including:
    • Configuration monitoring and remediation: Monitor settings and alert on specific settings that will cause compliance or security issues
    • Reporting: Developing reporting on configuration and misconfiguration
• Customer and Market Insights
  • Present to and meet with customers and prospects to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, compliance experts, and the sales team to create and socialize product enhancements
• Go-to-Market Execution
  • Help define pricing, licensing, and positioning strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with deep industry and product knowledge

Compensation

$185,000/year to $225,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location and market conditions. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include commission, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. • Demonstrated success in delivering similar SaaS Security Posture Management
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills 

We’re most excited if you also have some of these skills (or are ready to learn):

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in security and/or compliance solutions, including in posture management tools/products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
• A deep understanding of Microsoft and UCaaS platforms and how they are configured
• Working knowledge of platform APIs and Microsoft Powershell
