Technical Account Manager (TAM)

The Role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll play a pivotal role within Theta Lake’s Implementation Team, collaborating closely with Post Sales functions to deliver seamless implementations and long-term value to our customers. You’ll lead project management efforts while acting as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between customers and our Product and Engineering teams. Reporting to the Manager of Global Technical Account Management and Implementation Services, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the implementation of customer accounts, ensuring all technical and business needs are met during the onboarding phase and throughout the customer lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of customer accounts to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support customers by addressing technical requests and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Manage expectations and deliverables to meet customer requirements.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to drive sustainable customer success.
  • Leverage technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions for customer needs.

Location

US – Remote

Compensation

$110,000–$220,000/year + commission + equity + benefits
Individual pay is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, Theta Lake provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager.
  • Technical background with expertise in modern UCC and archive technologies (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft, RingCentral, Cisco Webex, Smarsh, Global Relay, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
