Zoom Business Development Lead
The Position
Theta Lake is seeking a high-impact Zoom Business Development Lead focused exclusively on growing and strengthening our partnership with Zoom, with a primary emphasis on expanding adoption and awareness of Zoom Compliance Manager (ZCM/ZCM+), powered by Theta Lake. This role is ideal for someone who has worked at Zoom or has directly supported and partnered with the Zoom salesforce.

In this role you will:
- Own business development and partner engagement for ZCM/ZCM+: Drive awareness, field enablement, and sales alignment around ZCM/ZCM+ across Zoom’s global sales and field technical services teams.
- Enable and engage Zoom field teams: Partner with Theta Lake’s Alliance and Sales Teams to educate Zoom account executives, solution engineers, and customer success teams on ZCM use cases, value proposition, and integration benefits. Deliver trainings, collateral, playbooks, and regular updates.
- Facilitate joint selling and collaboration: Lead account mapping, facilitate warm introductions, and coordinate co-selling motions between Zoom and Theta Lake field teams.
- Cross-functional relationships: Support Theta Lake’s efforts to develop trust and mindshare across Zoom’s GTM, alliance, and product leadership to strengthen the strategic partnership and drive joint success.
- Track joint GTM impact: Support joint Theta Lake and Zoom campaigns, KPIs, and ongoing field activities that promote ZCM awareness and generate interest across the Zoom ecosystem.
- Internal Collaboration: Serve as a strategic conduit between Theta Lake and the partner, sharing field feedback and coordinating with internal sales, alliances, product, and marketing teams to support joint success.
Experience
- Previous experience working at or with Zoom
- Deep understanding of partner-led sales motions and a track record of delivering results in a co-sell environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust across partner sales organizations.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with proven ability to meet objectives and pipeline/sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Compensation
$85,000/year to $140,000/year
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location and market conditions. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or performance incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Theta Lake offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), and health and dependent care flexible spending accounts.
