Baker has over 25 years of global finance, treasury, accounting, and operational experience - working in senior roles for both small private companies and large public companies that span the software & technology, biotechnology, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Theta Lake, Jeremy worked at NanoCellect Biomedical where he helped raise over $50M in equity and venture debt, participated in both buy side and sell side acquisition processes, and executed on the long-term strategic plans for a fast-growing company.
