Theta Lake’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) Report is an independent third-party examination report that demonstrates how Theta Lake achieves key compliance controls and objectives.
The purpose of this report is to help our clients, prospective clients, and their auditors understand the Theta Lake controls established to support operations and compliance.
SOC for Service Organizations are internal control reports on the services provided by a service organization providing valuable information that users need to assess and address the risks associated with an outsourced service. SOC for Service Organizations reports are designed to help service organizations that provide services to other entities, build trust and confidence in the service performed and controls related to the services through a report by an independent CPA.
Distribution of the Report is limited to customers or prospects who have signed an NDA with Theta Lake.
