Theta Lake has unveiled a swathe of innovative voice compliance innovations for customers and partners.

The UC compliance and Digital Communications Governance (DCG) provider has introduced myriad features, integrations, and partnerships to address the growing need for enhanced voice recording and compliance capabilities.

Among the new innovations are a unique Microsoft-certified compliance recorder, expanded unified coverages with emphasis on flexibility and risk detection, the capability to support any geography for call recording archiving and multi-location storage management, and TranscriptionRN, Theta Lake’s new built-in transcription tool tailored around compliance.
