Metrigy: MetriNote – Theta Lake and Zoom Partner on Contact Center Compliance

July 10, 2023 – Theta Lake, a provider of enterprise compliance solutions, has announced integration with Zoom Contact Center. Building upon Theta Lake’s previous support for capture, analysis, and archiving of Zoom Chat, Meetings, and Phone, the new capabilities enable Zoom customers to ensure compliance for all Zoom-based internal and external communications. Features include the ability to identify, flag, and tag sensitive communications such as PCI. Customers can store data within their own AWS or Azure managed instance, or on a Theta Lake-managed instance.
